Yes! Finally now I have the judge’s ruling and I will collect 186 euros, as marking the Copyright Act, I had room for the rights Brok Auctions on the sale of one of my works. The work was motherhood that was awarded € 6,200. Two and half years of waiting … and demanding.

This occurred in January 2008.

I had to file a lawsuit and has been ruling, naturally for me. The sale was awarded and as they should, the total amount of the sale, Brok Auction held on 3% belonged to me by law, (the payment to the seller). To my surprise, I did not get that amount.

The auction room in Barcelona Brok said that was a mistake. Sure, an error (?). Much error I think, because if booked in its accounts receivable and retention, should be safe with a surplus of 186 euros. Yeah, and certainly was a mistake. They left over 186 euros and had not noticed.Go grace!
