Yes! Finally, I have a judge´s sentence and Subastas Brok (Barcelona) will pay me 186 euros that marked by the Law for copyright. They had to give me for the sale of one of my works´s copyright. The work was Motherhood that was sold for 6200 euros. I am was waiting two and half years…and claiming.

All of this happened in January 2008.

I had to demand Subastas Brok and there has been a sentence that was, of course favourable for me. The owner of the status has charged for the sale and Subastas Brok retained 3% of total sale´s amount for me corresponded by law. (the payment of the seller).

To my surprise, they didn´t give me the amount.

Subastas Brok said it was a mistake. Sure, a mistake (?) I think a lot of mistakes they have made. They recorded their payments and retention and they should find a surplus of 186 euros and they say that it was a mistake…certainly. They had left over 186 euros and had not noticed it. I can´t believe it!
